Exhibition
Exhibitor's stands will be placed in the Sphere Hall ("Gömb aula") and will be on display throughout the Conference next to the poster area.

Meals
The cost of coffee and lunch breaks is included in the registration fee.
As the servers will be instructed to only serve people wearing badges, please make sure to wear your badge at all times during the conference.

Trófa Grill Restaurant

Tickets will be provided to the attendees in the registration package.
The restaurant is 1,7 km from the ELTE building, which is appr. 15-20 min walk.
Indoor parking is available for 600 HUF/hour with direct access to the restaurant.
By public transport: take tram no.1 from "infopark" station towards "Kelenföldi vasútállomás".
Trófea Grill Restaurant is located at the 2nd stop, named as "Hauszmann Alajos utca/szerémi út".

Billing information
All registration fees include VAT.
If your registration was successful, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. The proforma invoice will be sent via email within a few days of registration.
The invoice can be paid via bank transfer or with a credit card by the due date.

Invoice modification
In the case of requests for invoice revisions (e.g., wrong billing name/address given at registration), we charge a 4000 HUF + VAT administration fee.

Cancellation and refunds
We can only accept written cancellations sent to the Organizer’s office before 15 December 2025.
Any cancellation or refund requests received after the due date will be denied.
In all other cases, the participation, accommodation, and other fees will be refunded within 15 days of the request with a 10% administration fee deducted.
The administration fee cannot be less than 2% of the refunded amount, with a minimum of 4000 HUF + VAT.
Any services that were paid for and not cancelled in writing and/or by the due date must be paid for by the customer, even if they will not be able to take advantage of them.

The cancellation fees were decided upon in accordance with the terms of the service providers.
